Thanks! One of my favorite additions. They're worth every penny.
So far, so good. I haven't had any issues with the radiator. I rarely see 190* anymore. It usually stays around the 186*-188* mark. There's a TacomaWorld post about these radiators and I have been following it. Some people have had issues while other's are smooth sailing. I personally hope to see a long life out of it.
Factory seats. They have Wet Okole seat covers on them.

I don't have this setup anymore, sorry! I just ran the wiring down behind the door seal and through a spot between the fender and the hood. If you strip the sheathing on the wiring to expose just the wires, it will give you enough room to run it behind the seal. Otherwise, most wiring on those harnesses are too thick to do so. You can tightly wrap electrical tape around wiring as well for extra protection and it will still fit.

It's been a while since I've updated the thread! I've been around, but with everything moving to social media these days, the forum updates have been slacking, my bad!
As you can see from my signature, I picked up a few sponsors for the build and added some new mods. A lot has changed!
Sherpa hooked it up with a rack, which I've always wanted. I took a trip out to Utah for a climbing festival and borrowed a buddies RTT. Needless to say, I need to get my own now!
I finally got rid of the bulky ARB bumper and Coastal Offroad stepped in to change the front end for me. I added a Smittybilt X20 10K Comp winch, some Factor 55 goodies, a new grille, some Rigid SAE pods, and an Extreme LED X6S 25" Lightbar. Needless to say, this front end got a nice face tuck!
As you can see above, I also added some projectors. I've always tossed around the idea of doing a retrofit myself, but put it off. I ended up finding a nice stock looking set of FX-R's, done by a member here. It was a deal I couldn't pass up on, and hey, less work for me. Some new HID's and wiring harnesses and these bad boys were in!
ExtremeLED Lightbars has stepped up big time for the build and supplied me with a lot of lights front to back. I put their 38" X6 up on the rack and the, before mentioned, X6S on the bumper. Additionally, I've put some 3" scene lights on the rear bumper for some extra reverse lighting as well as a pair of their flood pattern Stackerz on the rack for camping, and getting tailgaters off my ass.
For shits and giggles I added an emergency light on the back. It's fun to use lol

I was due for some new rear shocks so I decided that if I was going to replace them I was going to do it right. Enter Envision Fabrication. These guys are great and their outboard shock kit is awesome. Allowing for a 12" travel shock, outboard location, and overall ease of access, it was a no-brainer. I went with a Fox Performance Series shock w/ remote resi. These things ride like a dream and are super flexy. If you'd like to know more about the kit, pm me or find them on facebook > Envision Fab
Last, but not least, and certainly not my favorite update, my vehicle got broken into, while at work, right before Christmas last year. Unfortunately, scum of the earth prevailed, and they got away with about $3500 worth of stuff, including a brand new camera I had just purchased. They bashed in my driver window, popped the lock, and preceded to quickly grab and drive off. It's an expensive lesson to learn. I've since replaced the window and had my tint redone. Now it's time for a real alarm.
Well, that's bout it. Nothing huge on the horizon for the 4Runner, but saving up for some small things here and there. Who knows though, I can usually never pass up a good deal :naughty:

Woah, it's been a WHILE!
Getting back into the swing of things with this rig. I recently changed jobs, so I'm back to daily driving this monster (had a work truck for a while). It required some much needed front end maintenance, which I had stock piled parts for, just put the actual work off for so long. So, I'm back to enjoying this rig a lot and look forward to making more progress on maintenance and upgrades! Can't wait to get it on the trail, but need to move to the rear end and get some more done!
Added some new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T's, replaced my old uniball Icon upper control arms with the Delta Joint versions, new Solo Motorsports stock length lower control arms, KPO Cam Eliminator kit with upgraded cam brackets and greaseable bolts, and some new axles!
With the added caster to get away from the firewall, I threw on some 1.25" Spidertrax spacers to match the length of the rear with no worry about rubbing anything.
Loving the look of the front!

Holy cow JWaldz. Talk about a blast from the past. Great to see you still have the 4runner and it is getting some new goodies.
There are definitely days I still miss my 4runner. So many good memories and places explored in it. You are going to love driving it daily and getting out on trails again. Looking forward to more updates. :rockon:

I actually listed this for sale most of last year. Some nibbles but no one bit. Hard to put a value on it and the value I did put on it probably deterred people lol! Look forward to more goodies!
